Annual Physical Exam

We are licensed by the Department of Health & certified by the City Health Office for corporate Annual Physical Examinations and Pre-Employment Examinations.

BASIC PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

  1.  Medical History and Physical Examination
    Assess medical history and screen for medical conditions thru medical interview and physical examinations.
  2.  Chest X-Ray (PA VIEW)
    It produces images of your heart, lungs, blood vessels, airways, and the bones of your chest and spine. It also helps determine heart problems, a collapsed lung, pneumonia, broken ribs, emphysema, cancer or any of several other conditions.
  3. CBC (Complete Blood Count)
    This blood test is used to assess your overall health and detect a broad range of medical disorders, such as infection, leukemia, and anemia.
    It includes red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and hematocrit.
  4. Urinalysis
    Series of tests of the urine. It is used to detect and manage a wide range of disorders, such as urinary tract infections, kidney disease and diabetes.
  5. Fecalysis
    Series of tests of a stool (feces) sample to help diagnose medical conditions of the digestive tract. These conditions may include various infections, poor nutrient absorption, or cancer. 
Mobile Clinic

A well-equipped van that provides both digital and conventional x-ray. We also provide medical exam facilities for corporate accounts. Our clinic on wheels may also be used for medical mission administered by a team of licensed medical staff who brings to the client’s workplace the FriendlyCare experience.

Drug Testing

Workplace drug-testing is designed to detect use of illicit drugs. Drug testing is a prevention and deterrent method to ensure a drug-free workplace.

Covid-19 Testing

We offer COVID-19 antibodies & antigen rapid tests and RT-PCR(*) tests:

RAPID ANTIBODY TEST

  • What it is: The rapid test measures the presence of antibodies in your blood versus SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. 
  • Process time: 30 minutes to 60 minutes
  • Recommended: When looking for a fast, convenient and cost-effective post-infection test solution from COVID-19.

ANTIGEN TEST (SALIVA OR SWAB ANTIGEN)

  • What it is: Antigen tests detect certain proteins that are part of the SARS CoV-2 through a nasal swab or saliva. 
  • Process time: 30 minutes to 60 minutes
  • Recommended for: For people looking for the best quality result without compromising speed of results delivery, convenience and cost. For screening large groups of people that may have to be tested several times. 

RT-PCR* (Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction) Test 

  • What it is: Uses nose or throat swabs to detect actual virus (RNA). 
  • Process time: 3-5 days
  • Recommended: For people who are looking for the best quality result without compromising speed, delivery, convenience and cost. This is also for screening large groups that may have to be tested several times.
